Flag football demands quick decisions, sharp movement, and strong awareness in space. Athletes who understand how to move, position their bodies, and anticipate plays are able to compete with greater confidence and control. Confidence reduces hesitation. Body control improves performance. Preparation strengthens both.


Program Focus:

This non-contact clinic is designed to prepare athletes, both boys and girls, for their upcoming flag football season.


Each program consists of six one-hour sessions held over two weeks. Through structured, progressive instruction, athletes develop foundational movement skills and football-specific awareness that help them run cleaner routes, stay in coverage, and pull flags with control and confidence.


Whether this is your child's first flag season or their tenth, the program meets them where they are and supports their development into a more confident, better-prepared flag football player.


Week 1: Movement & Awareness Foundations

  • The first week focuses on building the foundation.

  • Athletic stance and balance

  • Movement in space and body positioning

  • Change of direction and body control

  • Understanding angles and spatial awareness

  • Confidence built through repetition in a structured environment


Week 2: Application & Confidence Building

  • The second week applies those foundations to flag football situations.

  • Route running and timing

  • Pass coverage positioning

  • Secure and controlled flag pulling

  • Improving reaction and anticipation

  • Reinforcing awareness and decision-making through repetition
